If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it yourself in under a minute without contacting support.
| How to Reset Your Password |
1 | Go to the login page Navigate to usg.valideval.com and click Forgot Password below the login form. |
2 | Enter your email address Enter the email address associated with your Valid Eval account and submit. A password reset link will be sent to that address. |
3 | Check your email and click the reset link Open the email from Valid Eval and click the reset link. You will be taken to a page where you can set a new password. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. |
4 | Set your new password and log in Enter and confirm your new password. Once saved, use it to log in at usg.valideval.com. |
| ⚠️ Important: The reset link only works if the email address you enter is already registered on a Valid Eval account. If you are not sure which email address you used, try any addresses you check regularly. You can also add additional email addresses to your account once you are logged in — see the related article below. |

| I entered my email address but never received the reset email. What should I do? |
| Check your spam or junk folder first. If the email is not there, it is likely that the address you entered is not registered on a Valid Eval account. Try any other email addresses you use. If you are still unable to locate your account, contact the program you are participating in — they can confirm which email address was used for your registration. |
| The reset link I clicked says it has expired. What now? |
| Password reset links expire after a short period for security reasons. Go back to the login page, click Forgot Password again, and request a new reset email. Use the new link promptly. |
| I know my password but want to change it. How do I do that? |
